Sparkk - new ecommerce platform for Sydney-based company selling drapery and upholstery fabrics for residential and commercial interiors.
A quite complex application for textile company from Sydney, Australia. We developed software solutions (backend + frontend) for Sparkk website directly for N3RD Ltd who prepared all designs and managed whole project.
a little bit about Sparkk: "Colour, design and textiles are in our genes with three generations of the Rysenbry family having been involved in the interior furnishings industry over the past 60 years. Our family's love affair with furnishing textiles goes back to the 1950's when Edwin's father Nick who had immigrated to New Zealand from the Netherlands after the Second World War opened a curtain shop in Auckland. The tradition continued with the opening of Mokum Textiles in Auckland in 1979, and in Sydney in 1985. Mokum was sold in early 2011 and a new adventure begins.........." (source: sparkk website)
3 months of development, 267 SVN revisions, australian payment gateway integration, complex pricing system, user groups. We are happy to introduce new site, based fully on our MVC skeleton. Lot of puzzles and challenges durning this project, but finally its done.
